Carnival Countdown: Unleashing Summer

Unleash summer all day long at Macpherson House July 4th. We built this Season’s kickoff event like an ice cream sundae. Start with all day house tours with master weaver Susi on the loom beginning at 1pm. Add an interactive Ollin drum circle. Top this sundae off with a little bit of everything: live music with Steve Tanner, vintage carnival games, and a lively line dancing class with Tricia Cammaart. So what is the cherry on top of this awesome event sundae? Real Marble Slab Creamery ice cream sundaes; several flavour choices with a variety of toppings. These sundaes will be available from 12pm – 3pm for $6 each. Stop in for just one part of this great day or enjoy all the events.

Please bring your own seating.

Time: 10:30am – 4:00pm (see full schedule of the day’s events below)

Cost: FREE ADMISSION!

Everyone Welcome! Please note that children ages 14 and under are required to be accompanied by an adult.

No pre-registration required.
