Exhibit Opening: Owls of Amherst Island and Other Canadian Wildlife

Join us for this exhibit opening featuring the vivid photography of wildlife photographer Bill Bickle. Bill has spent many months biding his time on the rugged lands of Lennox and Addington’s own Amherst Island capturing the fierce faces of the island’s many owls. Bill will lead us in an engaging talk about his methods for capturing wildlife. He will reveal some truths and exploits behind the camera while working in an unpredictable environment.

There is a $3 admission fee to attend this presentation. No pre-registration is required.

About the Photographer

An interest in nature was formed early for me but photography as a passion came later. Now both come together to produce beautiful images as I capture birds, animals, and flowers in their natural surroundings. As a nature photographer these images are shared in hopes that the viewer will also feel the magic of these precious moments.

The combination of creativity and camaraderie with nature provides a calm and rewarding harbour for me. It is my dedication in search of engaging images that will continue to provide us all with a view of nature we may not otherwise experience.
