Soulful Sound Bath

What if you stopped trying to make anything happen and simply gave yourself permission to feel? Let the sound bring you back to your body, and to your soul.

Join Amanda from Root to Soul Wellness for a soulful sound experience designed to bring you into deeper connection with your body, your senses, and the quieter parts of yourself.

Through this sound journey, you will be invited to bring your awareness back to different parts of your body, your breath, your senses, and whatever may be unfolding within you. You will be gently guided to connect with these sensations and notice what they might be telling you — what shifts, what stirs, and what you feel within.

Notice where you feel the sound.

Notice where your body softens, tightens, warms, tingles, or asks for your attention.

Notice what memories, emotions, thoughts, images, or feelings rise to the surface.

And notice what comes through when you stop trying to make something happen.

Sometimes we release.

Sometimes we discover.

And sometimes, we make room for something new.

This is an opportunity to listen inwardly and explore the connection between your body and soul — allowing what you feel in your body to become a doorway into deeper awareness, reflection, and connection with your soulful life force and energy.

Come with curiosity. Come with an open mind. Come exactly as you are. ✨
