Turnip for Halloween Decorating!

As Halloween approaches the museum staff have come up with a ghoulishly good way for you to spend your PA Day. Explore the origins of Jack-o’ lanterns by going on a hunt through through the back fields for a spooky vegetable to decorate. Once inside we’ll do our best to create frightening faces to scare off any mischievous spirits that cross our paths!

Cost: $3/person

Time: 1:00PM

Ages: 8+

No pre-registration is required.

Monday – Saturday: 10am–5pm

*closed on holiday weekend Saturdays and Mondays

Macpherson House & Park hours

Tuesday – Thursday, 1 – 4pm in July & August

Archives Hours

Monday – Friday: 10am – 12pm*, 1pm –4pm

*closed from 12pm –  1pm

Labour Day Weekend Hours
