Yoga practice with Jeff will help you with strength, endurance, flexibility, and stress resilience. Jeff’s practice is predominantly a Hatha based Yoga, meaning poses are generally held for several breaths. However practice does include some flowing movements (salutations) from time to time. All levels of Yoga experience are welcomed. Guidance, reminders, and modifications will be offered to keep you safe. Practice includes warm up, several poses and closes with a gentle stretch. Please bring water and your own mat. Yoga blocks and strap may be helpful to bring but not necessary.

Hi, my name is Jeff and I LOVE Yoga. I have worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years and know the value of exercise for keeping people healthy. However, the last several years I’ve really recognized the immense value of Yoga mostly for its benefits in cultivating stress resilience for the mind and when practiced slow and controlled it creates a surplus of energy. It gives me pleasure seeing attendees experience these health benefits with regular attendance. Watching people leave practice with a smile and a calm relaxed demeanour warms my heart.
