P.A. Day Programs

Not sure what to do during your child’s PA Day? Find something new to learn here at the Museum of Lennox and Addington! Programs range from arts and crafts, to history and science based fun and beyond. PA Day activities are facilitated by museum staff or with the help of special guests.

Things to Keep in Mind:
  • A parent/guardian must be present for the duration of the program
  • Pre-registration is required. Please check the main event page to register for individual programs
  • Regular admission fees apply (13+/person, 12 and under FREE).

PA Day Program: A Horseshoe of Family Traditions

What brings a family together? It is often our traditions and values. This PA day come with your family to explore the exhibit Refuge Canada and create a rustic horseshoe decoration for you to take home. Spend time with each other deciding what colour ribbons represent your traditions and values, and how best they come together to make a rainbow of meaning on your horseshoe.

Monday – Friday: 10am – 12pm*, 1pm –4pm

*closed from 12pm –  1pm
